Resources: Job Aid Template
This template provides a framework for subject matter experts to
write down how they complete task-level processes. This template
is based on the six elements of a performance defined by the
Language of Work (6:4:4) model, as defined by Danny Langdon
(Handbook of Performance Technology, pages 264-267). These
elements define the work completely, showing interrelationships
and results, as demonstrated by this flowchart (Handbook of
Performance Technology, page 267).
